Returns & Exchanges
- We have a 30-day return & exchange policy, if your product isn’t working as promised, please reach out to info@gilfive.com Our team will work with you to fix, replace, or return your product.
- The return shipping fee is at customers' own expense. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged for the return of a product.
- All returned products must be returned unwashed and with the tags unbroken. This is an extremely strict policy, we will not refund products that have the tags removed(If applicable).
- Any items returned back to us with stains or signs, that have not been reported will not be accepted or exchanged.
- We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 2-3 working days of receiving your returned parcel. We send you an automated email, of confirmation of your return / exchange.
- Once processed, refunds can take up to 5 working days to be reaccredited to your original payment method.
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability as per your request.
- All exchanges will be dispatched on our standard 2-3 shipping service.
- We do not refund any postage charges on orders.
